Payments
All Payments Received are to be in USD (United States Dollars) and are non refundable with the exception of valid Guarantee requests, as outlined below.
For all programs offered, you have a full 15 days from the time of enrollment or up to the second module being released or "week two" of the program starting (whichever comes first) to determine if this is for you. If you’re canceling outside of this refund period because you’re dealing with a serious illness/medical crisis, we can pause/cancel any future payments due and provide you with a future use credit for the amount paid. You can put this credit towards a future program or transfer it to someone else (upon approval). However, if you’re canceling for any other reason (“I changed my mind" or "I am too nervous to do this" etc.)… you will not receive a refund. This is a firm policy. Please purchase mindfully and honor the commitment you’ve made. Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from date of initial purchase, for any reason.
Invoices for OBM Institute programs are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing support@obminstitute.com.
